A great win in atrocious conditions (freezing temperatures, gales, sleet, rain and hail !) in Waterford on Sunday when our 18’s knocked out a big physical and very determined Waterford City RFC team in the quarter final of the Munster Club Development Cup.

We scored 4 tries, shared between backs and forwards, in a very impressive performance, to Waterford’s two,and finished 22-10 winners.

Our try scorers were, Liam Carty, Fintan Barry, Ivan Tripp and Tim Hegarty who also converted one. – We now welcome Abbeyfeale RFC in the Munster Semi Final on St Patricks Weekend. – well done to the whole squad.
