This was a disappointing result for us. We never got going in the first half, and  by the time we did, we were 12-0 down.

We did  well to get to 12-15 but they kicked a penalty to go 18 -12 and while we put them under fierce pressure, time ran out.

It was disappointing but hopefully our lads will learn.  This  is a whole new level with  chances  few and far between.

The other game on our group played today, saw Newcastle West defeat  Waterpark  by 18 pts to 12, same scoreline.

It’s going to be tight!

We welcome Young Munster to Rathcooney next weekend.
